Inching Along...

Well, we do have some progress & answered prayer to report: we received the out-of-state paperwork that we've been waiting on. That's one less thing on our list!

We're continuing to wait on:

  • The completion of our home study (social worker has everything & is writing it up)
  • Our passports (they are processing and we hope to receive them soon)
Hope to be able to update again soon with more progress...

    Just happened to stumble across your blog. When we started the adoption process in June of 2012, we considered "Olivia" but my stepson is close to her age and was a bit uncomfortable with a new sibling the same age as him so we went a bit younger. SO glad you found her! :D Our hopeful daughters are in the same region as O (the first pics we saw of "our" kids were on that same couch!). We leave in 5 days to meet them - if O happens to be in the same orphanage I will be sure to get some recent pics of her.
